Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
Once your order is received, we aim to pack and send your order within 1-2 business days. During peak periods such as Black Friday, Boxing Day etc this may take up to 5 business days. Please note that items cannot be sent on NZ public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International Shipping is available to Australia.
KWON NZ & Australia do not take any responsibility for customs duties and taxes that may be incurred. You are responsible for paying any duties and taxes.

All our items are shipped from Christchurch, New Zealand and we predominantly use Poste Haste and NZ Post as our courier providers. At times we may use another provider at our discretion.

New Zealand:
Sales NZD$100 and over will receive free standard shipping. (up to 2kg). This excludes large/X-large items or special-order products.
Standard Shipping Costs:
- $8 within New Zealand (includes rural)
- up to 2kg total weight
Large item Shipping Costs:
- $25 within New Zealand
- 2kg to 10kg in weight
X-Large item Shipping Costs:
- $50 within New Zealand
- 10kg to 20kg in weight
- For any orders 20kg+ KWON NZ & AUS will get in contact to discuss shipping options.
Australia:
Sales AUD$100 and over will receive free standard shipping. (up to 2kg). This excludes large/X-large items or special-order products.

- $10 within Australia (includes rural)
- up to 2kg total weight
Large item Shipping Costs:
- $40 within Australia
- 2kg to 10kg in weight
X-Large item Shipping Costs:
- $100 within Australia
- 10kg to 20kg in weight

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, REFUNDS, ORDER ISSUES
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
To start an exchange, contact us via email, that way we can put aside your desired item whilst we wait for your returned item to arrive back to us. Once we receive your returned item and approve the return, we will action the exchange and get your desired item sent out to you. This may incur an additional delivery charge; we will let you know once you have gotten in contact with us.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order has arrived damaged or the order is not correct, we will cover the cost of the return (should this be applicable) and the cost of sending out replacement items.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not offer store credit, if the item cannot be exchanged, we only offer a refund.
