The staple mat of most Martial Arts Gyms, the puzzle mat. 

If you are wanting to finally get some mats to put down and train on or just looking to update your older, shabby, bits broken off mats, then you can't go wrong with the KWON WT Puzzle Mats.

The KWON WT Puzzle Mats are 2.4cm thick and the colours are reversible, so you can set up your gym however you would like. The mats easily interlock together and provide a textured anti-slip surface which makes it much safer to be training on. 

Measuring 1meter x 1meter in size you can generally make these mats fit any sized location. Approximately 3.5kg each, they are also easy to disassemble and store away after each class if necessary. 

KWON puzzle mats are at the premium end of the market. Specifically designed for Taekwondo, the mats are a firmer density ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) material, meaning that you get a responsive underfoot feel and they help to enhance your speed and agility. 

KWON puzzle mats are the only mats in NZ that are fully World Taekwondo (WT) Approved. This means they can also be doubled as tournament mats. This will align with your tournaments health and safety policy as WT approved means they have been assessed as being of a high quality and have passed all of WT's rigorous testing requirements. WT approved mats are also a mandatory requirement if you are wanting to host a WT sanctioned event.

The KWON WT Puzzle Mats can also be used for MMA, Jiu Jitsu, BJJ, Karate, Kung Fu, Hapkido, Kickboxing, Aikido, Kendo, Aerobics and a number of other martial arts and activities. 

Please note: This is a special order item and is subject to availability. This product takes 12+ weeks to be manufactured and delivered. This item is not able to be returned or exchanged. Maximum number available in one order is 200 mats. Please email us if you are wanting to make an octagon and require the 8x 'diagonal' mats (no extra cost).

Note: Additional freight costs may apply, this will be advised before order confirmation is given. 

Product note:

• EVA mats are subject to contraction and expansion in hot and cold temperatures.
• When replacing individual mats with a new one, the new mat may not fit if the older mats have contracted or expanded over time.
• KWON recommends replacing all the mats at the same time.
• There is a protective coating used for transportation and storage purposes on our EVA mats. This will not affect the quality of the mats, rather prevent any issues during the time period it is held. The coating can initially make the mats 'slippery'. This will dissipate over time however, we recommend if you wish to clean mats prior to use, to please use warm water and a damp mop/cloth using a PH neutral disinfectant.

This item is excluded from free freight. 

Mats can be collected for free from Christchurch, NZ. Storage fees will apply if not collected within 14 days. ($1 per day fee per mat stored).

If you are wanting a full 10mx10m octagonal mat, please email us and we can edit your order to provide this. There is no extra cost for this. 

IMPORTANT: Note that EVA mats may shrink and expand over time so if you are thinking of adding this to mats which are over 6 months old check the sizing of your existing mats for distortion prior to ordering - as mats that have expanded may no longer be exactly compatible and may cause gaps or spacing to occur between connections.
