If you're wanting to compete in Poomsae, then you'll need to get the proper uniform.

The KWON WT Grand Poomsae uniform is KWON’s premium Poomsae uniform, it features an open y-neck jacket with WT branding and KWON logo embroidered on the chest and pants. The 65% polyester and 35% cotton material has a textured design to it, which will help to enhance your techniques whilst also being super lightweight, super breathable and extra durable.

Taekwondo uniform sizing is done in centimeters. The best way to get the right size is to measure your height, then for Poomsae uniforms only, KWON recommends rounding down to the nearest size.
